Adding ServiceNow as an alert source
Turn ServiceNow incidents into incident.io alerts using the ServiceNow app
To set up the ServiceNow alert source, follow the instructions to set up the ServiceNow app, including installing the app from the ServiceNow Store.
Once that’s done, go to Alerts → Sources, press New alert source, search for ServiceNow, and create the source.
