Investigations requests an additional permission on your GitHub app: Contents: Read. This powers Investigations’ ability to find problematic code changes that might’ve caused an incident, and suggest them in the incident channel as a possible root cause. To do that well, it needs to see the contents of pull requests. You don’t have to accept the new permissions If you don’t want to accept this new permission, it’s completely fine to deny the request.
