Two permissions control Insights: The Standard, Admin and Owner roles include both by default. To restrict who can access Insights, adjust these permissions in Settings → Permissions → Account-level.

Personal dashboards

On Enterprise plans, a personal dashboard is listed only for the person who created it, and only they can edit, move or delete it. Anyone with the link can still open it, and people with the Manage custom dashboards permission can duplicate it to make their own copy.

Private data

Insights leaves private data out by default. If you see Include private data on a dashboard, turn it on to add the private data you have access to:
  • Private incidents you have access to appear in incident charts.
  • Private alerts and escalations appear in alert and pager charts, such as on the Alerts and Pager load dashboards. You only see them if you have the Manage private incidents, Manage private alerts and Manage private escalations permissions.
The toggle only changes what you see. Scheduled reports never include private data.
