How often is Insights data refreshed?
Which Insights data is real time, and which refreshes every few hours.
Most of Insights is real time. Data appears as soon as it happens, so a newly created incident shows up straight away.
Alerts, pager load and time spent on incidents are the exception. They refresh roughly every three hours, so recent alerts, escalations and responder hours won’t appear immediately.
