Slack is a great place to coordinate and resolve incidents, but it's not uncommon to have a persistent video call going throughout, too.
We've got some foundational support in already, but we've got a lot of ideas about how to make this better, including automatically starting calls and better representing what's happening in them.
Adding a call
If you use Google Meet, Zoom or Whereby, if you mention a link to a call, we'll notice, and prompt you to attach it to the incident.
If you do, we'll add a link to the call in the channel topic, within easy reach, and also add a "Join Call" button to the incident homepage.
